Shipping and returns

Shipment of your parcel

Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via Mail Boxes Etc. with tracking service. In the confirmation email we will provide the customer with a link to monitor the package online. Shipping charges include packaging costs, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but particular attention is paid to fragile objects.

 

Returns

The Customer has the right to terminate the Contract without penalty, and without specifying the reason, by sending written notice by mail to the address info@masasette.com but not before receipt of the order confirmation, which is sent within and not later than 14 working days after receipt of the product at the address indicated for delivery. The date reported on the delivery note vouches for full proof of receipt.

If the product has already been delivered, the customer is required to return it intact and in the original packaging and wrappings. Should the products have been altered in their essential features or damaged, Seci Service Srl may reserve the right not to accept the return and not to proceed with the refund. The customer must include a copy of the received delivery note inside the packing box. The risks of transport for the return of the products are entirely borne by the customer. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of these sales conditions, Seci Service Srl will reimburse the sums paid by the customer through the same payment methods used to complete the order. As provided by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal governed by these terms of sale does not apply to ad-hoc commissioned goods for the client or those items which cannot be returned or likely to deteriorate and alter rapidly.
